I added my banking/tax information but I still cannot access my analytics.

The most common reasons why the app doesn't show you are completely enrolled and verified is because of one or some of the following:

  1. We are still verifying your tax information, which could take anywhere from 1-7 days. Sit tight and keep checking your account. If it has been more than 7 days, get in contact with us by talking to our AI chat support first, which will collect information for an agent to connect with you.

  2. Your banking information is invalid. Make sure you have added a valid bank account
