Reasons why videos aren't playing:
You haven't subscribed to Eden+ - An active Eden+ subscription is required to watch videos.
You are using a VPN or are located in a restricted region.
Try some of the below steps to get videos playing:
Connect to WiFi - Some public WiFi routers don't allow video streaming so you'll have to fall back to using your cellular connection.
Toggle Airplane Mode - Sometimes your phone's cellular antenna gets "stuck" or confused, often due to software glitches, poor tower handoff, or temporary network issues, and toggling Airplane Mode forces a quick reset of the cellular radio, reconnecting it to the strongest available tower or network, a process often called a cellular radio reset or modem reset.
Download the latest version of Eden - Make sure you are on the latest version of Eden by going to the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
Make sure you are on the latest version of iOS or Android - Keeping your device up to date with the latest software is generally best practice, especially for security updates.
Background the app - On rare occasions, sometimes the app and subscription state of your account might not be up to date. Put the app in the background and then bring it back to the foreground.
Force quit the app - This is a rare but force quitting the app helps with re-initializing the app so all connections to our infrastructure are reset.
Turn your phone off and on - Trying turning your phone on and off.
Delete and reinstall the app - This is rare but sometimes completely dealing and reinstalling the app could fix the issue.
