Things to know before resetting your password:
You must have an existing account and have previously confirmed your email. When you sign up you immediately receive an email confirmation email. Check your spam folder for this email if you don't see it in your inbox.
If you did not previously confirm your email, you will not be able to reset your password. That is why we recommend using Sign In with Apple or Sign In with Google. You'll never have to remember a password.
