I never received a reset password email.

If you didn't receive a reset password email after tapping on "Forgot Password" in our mobile apps or website, the most likely reasons include:

  • You are not a registered user.

  • You never confirmed your email when you initially signed up. You should have received a "Confirm Your Email" email when you first signed up. Check your spam folder in addition to your inbox.

As of right now, we cannot provide another way to help you recover your password.

We recommend using Sign In with Apple or Sign In with Google instead.
